personally i think some people should stop trying to analyze a cartoon and just watch the damn thing for what it is. If u hadnt noticed by now about 90% of anime will explain something more than once. kenshin, dbz, tenchi, berserk they all do it. some just do it more than others

I agree there...

meh, I didnt find it annoying, I think VivaLaPineapple is right, everyone tries to find spots where the anime doesnt give you 100% action and thrills all the time. I think (I hope) chouji will be dead...neji cant be coz of the whole seal on his forehead not dissapearing thing

I doubt it will, neji isnt a character you would expect them to kill off.....but then maybe I could be in for a nasty surprise....he is a pretty unique genin though (besides Hinata), but then most of the characters in Naruto are unique

If he was gonna die the seal would more than likely have faded immediately, every other time you see a seal being removed or placed they appear immediately. I'm willing to bet money he lives. (Also since Shin Carl confirmed it -_-) Chouji, I dunno, could go either way but seeing as how that red pill was a definite kill he's probably kicked the bucket.

did we actually see neji's face at the end?
i thought it was just the feather dropping into his hand was all it showed, and the moment it dropped into his hand was when he died.. pretty touching except my dad came in and ruined the moment, wanting it to hurry and freaking end.. got me all angry, and the episode didn't impact me as much.. grr..

I just watched it last night, keeping what was said here in mind. Neji's face is shown, and he didn't loose the seal.
