As some of you might now know, my wife, Mephit74, is expecting a child. We went for our 10th week ultrasound, and thus you may all now gaze upon the budding might of Cuc Jr. (Cucbert as my wife has taken to calling the baby)

We don't know if it's a boy or a girl, all we know is that it's very small and will be born somewhere around Apr 9th.

At any rate, the child has a name no matter which gender it is. However, I'm interested to see if any of you come up with a unique name or something we didn't think of.

Fire away :)

Good luck finding a wife who agrees...

As for boys names, if I had a son, I'd probably pick Josh, Jacob, or Michael.
Girls names, I've always liked Breanne, Rebecca, or Julie.

Mephit thinks that Hayden is nice, but she had a best freind named Alaina (Elena) and she probably wouldn't go for it.

Congratulations, now let's make a list of names:
boy: jack-zack-michel-trunks =p-raiden-randy-bas-ron-jacko-reth(means king)-jaison
girl: bianka-charly-ria-sabiene-jennifer

and just in case that you're gonna give her/him an anime name:
boy: riku-sora-gohan-cloud-sasuke-ryu
girl: rikku-rairi-sakura
just a funny think, it just popped in my mind

i hope that you're gonna take the right name, just take atleast a name isn't tease able.
dont take a name that rymes to something nasty, it isn't funny for the kid at all and i know how it feals.
beleave me.
anyway, good luck finding a name for your kid.

Aww congrats Cuc! It must be great to know your gonna have a kid.

How about Winston? That's not a bad name... or maybe Joeseph, or Dwight?

[joke]If it's a boy, I'd call him Rock. Nothing says "You'll grow up to be a great warrior" like naming your kid after a piece of granite. If it doesn't go over well with the wife you could always sneak "GokuSSJ2" onto the birth certificate, because then you know they wont mess with him.[/joke]

My first instinct is to use a middle name. People tend to get middle names that could easily work in place of their first name. I could copy a book worth of names here, but you could easily just buy your own. Instead of suggesting names, I'll suggest what you shouldn't name your kid. In my opinion you should avoid names like Josh and Mike, simply because they're waaaaaaay over used. I know far too many of both. Same goes for like, Sarah. Try to go for a name that'll be less likely to have them in a class with 4 other people sharing it.

If all else fails, you can just name him a random kanji letter. They're easily pronounceable and they look awesome.
