My server crash/pause?

Ok this never happend to me in 1.2.1 patch.
Today I started making a server in 1.2.2 and play in there myself but after about 15-20 minutes the screen freezes and I have to force application to close. Tryed another time after 10 minutes same thing.

Connection: Cable 650kb/s download 120kb/s upload
Comp specs WinXP: Athlon XP 2800, 1 gig RAM, Geforce4ti 4600 128mb.

Can host 10 player games in CS or other Steam games fine for hours and hours while I play myself there so its must be ESF!

Any suggestion or help is appriciated.

Well I have the same problem when I play on server's or when I make one. I have ESF 1.2.2.

Connection: DSL 12.0mbps
Computer Specs Microsoft Windows Xp: Home Edition Pentium Processor 1.20GHz, 128mb ram, 17GB hard drive. Can someone help us and I wanna know how can I lower my ping?
