My mp3 player wont work!

Nothing will play, but the game doesnt crash

What do i do to get mp3s to play

Go to your esf folder then mp3 and then go to the playlisteditor. Put the songs from the left column in the right column and then save the playlisteditor.

Here's a better idea, get & install WinAmp, then go to http://www.HLamp.com and install that plugin into WinAmp.

Then open your autoexec.cfg (In your ESF Folder) using NOTEPAD and add in these lines:
bind "UPARROW" "HLamp Play"
bind "DOWNARROW" "HLamp Stop"
bind "LEFTARROW" "HLamp PreviousTrack"
bind "RIGHTARROW" "HLamp NextTrack"

There is a playlisteditor. In the mp3 folder there is a file named Playlisteditor.

ok, i have created a playlist with the editor, found it...
Now, what do i do to get it to work

The music just starts when you enter a server. You probably forgot to save the playlisteditor.

Make a new playlist with the playlist generating excecutable in the mp3 directory. And save it as playlist.txt in the same directory. And if you have the currect fmod.dll installed, it should play the mp3's automatically when you join/create a server.
