I know it's terrible,even for a first try but i'm here to get some crits and tips.Model,skinmaps and skin are made by me,YAY! :laff: .

Good Model, really good that rules.
But you should make a kidbuu model for esf 1.2.X!!!

But you first skin is very cool.

I by all means have no idea how to skin map, so I'd say its not bad, but omfg... that nose...

Too damn funny.

eh, the skin itself is absolutely horroble but i think what matters is that you practiced skinmapping and learned something ^^

hohoho ;Dit's not that bad.. i know i couldn't do that ;) but tehh eyes.. makes me laught.. plus tehh mouth.. makes him looks like some ***boy! xD

i use photoshop 7.0 for skinning(even though you should think i made it in paint :laff: )and wings3d for modeling/uvmapping.

use the brush instead of the pencil, and play with the opacity and flow settings so that it doesnt come out as a thick splodge of paint.

Hey at least u can skin stuff on ur skinmaps =)

Anyway use feathered edge normal brushes witha flow of 50 percent and try with an occupacy of 50 % or something, it will help blend better

And remember to keep base colours and muscles on separate layers ;)

Use many colors:
-highlight color
-base Color
-Shadow Color
(and some between them)

everything else shouldnt be hard to find out...
