My Esforces Is Not Working!

HELP!!! WHEN I LOAD ESFORCES IT SAYS LOADING.... and IT NEVER LOADS. WHEN I PUSH "ctrl+alt+Delete" i have to restart the comp.... help me! PLEEEZ!

Thats when he is starting a lan or net game!! Anyways, u should try posting ure comp specs!! Maybe that would help, cuz Im clueless as to what might be wrong!!

It doesnt work when i start up a net and a lan game... it juss says loading... cuhz i have a grafix card. then it freezes there...... HELP ME!!!!!!
