My esf is slowmotion

Hello! when i create a game every one gets stuck...
and when i join or create my char moves slowmotiiiooonnn...why is that?
some one have the same problem?
please help :cry:

Are you sure your PC is fast enough to run ESF
You could also try to run the game in OPENGL or DIRECT3D
and also update your video card drivers

No its not that. I have 1 Ghz, 512 ram and Geforce2 64 mb and all the right drivers. And its still slowmotion what should I do? :cry:

What type of internet connection do you have and you can also try to connect to local servers
