mugen chars

Does somebody know sites with "good" mugen chars (DBZ) that can transform.

Those Mugen Sites with a lot of characters are known as "warehouses" and are certainly not tolerated, I'm kindly asking a moderator to close this thread to respect the Mugen Comunnity.

(Mugen Warehouses are hosting some one's characters without the permission of the original creator)

I want to know sites with GOOD chars not with a lot of chars.

There's a little difference, I think.
