MP3 Player help

How do I use the mp3 player. My playlist editor says can't find hl/cs and steam. There was a way to change the playlist with text inside the mp3 folder but how do you turn the mp3 player on. The mp3 player toggle on/off key won't work either. What should I do?

same with me, I don't know what the hell is going on with that thing, I've reinstalle ESF a hundred time, and it still doesn' work, anyway, use your winamp???
