For me personally that would be Namek Saga. (Krillins arrival on Namek and up to the point when Goku arives)
Thats besides the point. The ginyu force is a funner addition than the all serious Tien or useless Yamcha ^^

Best saga is always a rough topic. Alot of the time someone will say "I like x saga because x character was there" or "x transformation happened".. then other people base it just on the story for the saga, and some people even just the fights. Then someone says they like the Buu saga and they get flamed almost as hard as the guy that said GT was better.
That being said, I liked the Buu saga best. It wasn't as good in terms of story as Namek, but some of the fight scenes in the saga were epic. Not even just the big ones, for example Vegeta vs Pui-Pui. The taunting of Vegeta up until that first hit with the "boxing steps" went to show he was still just as big a **** as he was back during the Namek and Cell sagas, then the dash up to him with that sick smile just as he fired the energy wave to kill him was an epic scene. One of many the saga brought.
On topic: would be nice to see someone start up the Tien project again, follow it up with another villain... maybe Bojack, Cooler or Janemba.

Apeared for 5 minutes, got KOd by his own technique and hauled away by Goku, never to be seen fighting again until Buu kicks his ass. Also not sure since i didnt really read the manga, but was that a fuller or not?
