theres a cool model of kid buu i want to use for buu's second form how do i do that?

Buu's second form is evilbuu. So go into your: C/Sierra/halflife/esf/models/player/evilbuu
directory and overwrite the model that is there. So you have to delete the evilbuu model that is there, paste the one you want to replace it with, and rename it evilbuu. This goes for all other models aswell.

i downloaded it there but when i played the game i transformed and i turned into goku. and when i did an attack i would rip to shreds charge up then go back to normal why didnt it work

yup to add to what majin prince said you might what to consider saving your model incase you want the original. if not you can always dl them at esfstuff or esf-world

If its in a zip/rar file, you need to take it out of there and place the .mdl file in the folder.
