Modeling question IMPORTANT

I have a question very straight forward, how can I copya piece of one model to another.

ok, you delete all of the parts of the model exept the the part you want to paste. save that part as a ms3d file(save as then name it).then open the model that you want to paste it to then go to merge and then open that ms3d file you just saved.
