A lot of people will simply blame EVM whenever you see the "gumby" effect. In reality, the only reason this happens is because the bones for the character that you are using do not match the previous set of bones on the other models of Vegeta. If you are using Kreshi's Vegeta pack, then there was an update posted for the SSJ4 model that fixes that problem. Just search for his thread and you'll find the link near the bottom.

Like I said, the models will get all funky and stretchy when they have different bone structures. There is a good chance your SSJ3 model is conflicting with the other Vegetas.

Edit: Here, not sure if this will fix your problem or not.

http://www.megaupload.com/de/?d=5ST8NXZ3 Use that as your SSJ4 Vegeta model
Credit goes to Kreshi & solent for the fix

evm is the problem cuz it cannot change the bones! if u want this to work the bones from the first transformation must be like that of the 2th and the 3th transformations!
