microsoft site corrupted :O

i was searching microsoft site for some new updates to windows movie maker if they had improved it and stuff then this came up:

well from my opinion its pretty hilarious, what site is clean then, if even the microsoft isnt clean? thats right, i could sue em now

I am not going to pretend I know about this kind of stuff...But I am going to guess the program accidently took it as a harmful file?

I'm not getting any virus / worm reports, Avast is probably buggy. Giving you a report of something which isn't even harmful.

I would assume it's a false positive. Probably some visual basic script on MS's page that looks similar enough to VBS:Zulu for avast! to think it's bad.

Not all VBS files are inherantly malware. I believe MS uses .vbs scripts (I think they're scripts) as part of windows. However, it's also a good format for trojans and whatnnot.
