Metal Website theme

Hi there!

Im going to do a website, and prob wiht some metal theme to it! Im using photoshop 5.5, know its old, but its legal license! Anyway, are there any good tips on making metal menus and that kinda stuff? Id like to make the creative part myself and stuff, but just wondering if theres some good filters in good combinations, some other way to do it and so on! Hope somone wanna help !

However Im not sure if there are many out there for PS 5.5....but checking wont do any harm :]
