IS IT TRUE THAT U CAN GET NINJA IF U COLLECT ALL DOGTAG IN METAL GEAR 2 CAUSE IM GETTING YES AND NO AND YES AND NO. so far i have stealth bandanna and those bull**** wigs i dont have all dog tags but i will get them if someone tells me that u can get ninja

If you're talking about the one for PS2: no, you can never play as the ninja.

If you're talking about the one for the X-Box: Yes you can somehow play as the ninja.

metal gear substance for xbox (and later ps2) lets u play as the ninja, but u cant in metal gear solid 2: sons of liberty for ps2
