i dunno if this has been suggested caus i get endless results when typing melee in search so.
i thought it would be cool if there was a melee effect u know like in hyper dimension when they start punching and bloocking really really fast and those shockwave thingies come out and stuff. i dunno if this is what people mean by melee strugles:-O.

I hope they add this (big flashes while melee struggle). I assume they will, or they will make it look cool anyway. The team knows how to satisfy the players!
