Melee = cheap??

I say no, However the person using it can be cheap if it's all they do. It's effective though so I like it.

no. i don't think melee is cheap, whats cheap is some camper with a frezza disc wating for you to swoop at him... happesn to me all the time, i'll swoop, and die. :cry:

No I don't think it's cheap. I say ESF would suck(well it'd still be good) without melee. It's a good way to move fast and it's fun.
I'd like melee better if you could bounce off walls though. But Melee right now rocks and it's only beta 1. Imagine the melee system at version 1.

My problems with melee is not based on whether it's "cheap", but how every now and again it doesn't work (i.e. primary fire doesn't lock on etc.) I'm sure it'll be fixed in the next beta, anyway. And the idea of more advanced melee just makes me all happy inside.
