Me trying to make mod.Little help?

I am making mod for GTA san andreas where some cars,weapons,cloth etc. will be changed.I will also add 2-3 new islands in the game.But the files go in different folders like "maps""data""gta.img""player.img" etc.All that is about 1GB or 1.5GB.Now can you help me and tell me if it is possible this mod to be one .exe file and not just "Copy" and "Paste".
Also if you can help me and tell me if i can change the map or the menu in-game.

You mean something like this? It's an installation maker, but there are more of them which you can simply search on google. Search something like "Install and or Installation makers" and you'll see . About the menu change. I do believe you can change the back-ground in game and or in the menu. But I don't really get the map part.

Skyrider thx for the "half" help of that i need.I will try with installation maker.But how can i change the menu backround?
Also i need to change the map,so if anyone know...

I believe Pixel hasn't fully read your thread, and only has read the title of it. At first, even I thought you wanted people to help you with your mod until I have read your post fully.

Either way, I believe the "backgrounds aka splashscreen" are *.txd files. But they seem to be for players as well in-game, so do be careful when overwriting those files. fronten1.txd should be the background file of the options menu. You'll have to do a little research on the *.txd files though, but you got most of your answers now .

Hey Skyrider thanks for the +help.Now i am 70% done.Until 30% and i will finish my mod.Then i have to make .exe of it.
Oh and you was close with fronten1.txd.Thats the radio skins.fronten2.txd is the map and the bacround of the menus.

Edit*: AWWWW ALERT!everything that i will view with that .txd viewer turns white.AWWW shame.well ok.Any other .txd viewers?I want to make the map but when i try with:http://www.gtacrime.nl/down_popup.ph...cat=6&subcat=8 everything goes white.ahmmmmm

lol.Of soooo many similar threads you post this first time.I saw threads where people ask for little help for their models or map or games.I am just asking for sugestion for softwares for making mods.

Yeah, the reason why i ask now, is because you've been doing it so many times by now.
It's ok, if people ask for some help, but you do it all the time.
I really can't understand this, there are own communities that are dedicated for the games, like now gta: san andreas,that have their own forums. Sure, you said that you get reply's here much faster, but what is the big deal, when you can get the helpful in theirs? That is just stupid and way ignorant, and i've already told you this once. Ok, maybe you then said that you ask for minor help if you need,
But it seems that you happen to have problems with everything you do.
I don't think that this will work on you, but at least think about it, since i am sure that i am not the only one who gets annoyed by this.

This would probably fit better in "Video Gaming". I suppose the proper forums could offer more support too. I'm with Legendary to an extent.

However, if people are willing to help you, that's fine. If we can answer questions about anything, it shows what a wide range of people we have here, (seriously, it's from Science to Barbies here)

Just 1 more thing.How can i remake the ingame map.("Esc > Map")I add 3 new islands but they are not viewable on the map.I want to make them viewable.

coz to do that you have to edit the texture files for the minimap they SHOULD be somewhere in Gta3.img (YES I KNOW ITS SAN ANDREAS)

they should all be .txd files im not sure what theyr called tho coz iv never edited the minimap but what you do is find the one that is of the area where your island is and edit it in a .txd editor and add your island in wherever you want

theres no automatic way to do this its all manual image editing

Thanks i will try that.That should be all for how to change the ingame map.Well beacouse i alredy burn my mod on CD i will try to make this and add it in the MPE mod v2.0

seriously i made this mode for my friends.I downloaded few cars and Superman mod and when everyone saw that they were asking me to give them that cars.So i made mod for them.
P.S. i am still trying to understand how to change the ingame radar map.I know that its in gta3.img but there is 300 of radar##.txd.Anyone have some picture so i know what radar ## is for what place?
