Matrix reloaded kinda question

ummm can somone explain to me like the movie i dont get it at the end when neo destorys thesetniels with his hands

ive heard many theorys but like none make scense to me lol

uh, well I had two theories really...

1) They're still in a Matrix
2) Neo is latently pyschic

PS: My mum thinks he took some "code" out of the Matrix

The thing is that The "Matrix" is build inside of another "Matrix" so he could use the powers cuz he was still "Pluged" into another matrix.

He also said "Somethings wrong, I can sence them". That got my broke my noodle right there

He still has some of the code functioning in his brain. Thats how he could sense them. And when he stopped them, it was with smaller EMP which is why he now is in a coma. Thats why the other guy who now has the Smith code in him is also in a coma since he was the one that triggered the EMP to early.
