massive problem

i dont know how the hell this happened or what i did, but my speakers have gone out of wack. my speakers have like a constant echo or reverb. its as if all my sounds are echoing. does anyone know how to fix this?

i doubt its the speakers, speakers only talk, the sound card tells it what to say,

my sound card has an option to make it echo all the time, (useless) but that tells me its likely your soundcard causing the problem,

try a different set of speakers if you have any laying around

already tried that i cant figure out how to change it back, im about to reformat my computer. so im backing up alot of stuff
