Yes and no. Look at these images (taken from dbz vol 3.15 "ghosts from tomorrow" ep)

After future ssj gohan does masenko , you can see a yellow blinding radius

This is a quick scene and you can actually see the explosion colour is sought of orageish-yellowish (sorta reminds me of Shadershi's manseko sprites)

too many yelliow things...

the beam is yellow as was the explosion however the explosion effect on the beam makes it look sort of white upon impact...i really wish the sprite could be changed though. when gohan used to it he sort of got a flare thing around the ball in his hands...YES I KNOW I CAN CHANGE THE SPRITE i havent checked if there is oen like that it was just a general sprite suggestion to make it look cool.
