How Do U Make Ur Own Spraypaint? God Thats To Short Umm ok Someone Told Me Of A Program But I Don't Remember What Its Called And If Anyone Knows Point Me In The Right Direction

Well i make my sprays in photoshop and once im done with that i use wally to put it ingame...uhhh search for wally on google and if you find the site i did my first time it should have instructions
