(my first suggestion o_o )
adding majin vegeta! he can transform with a pl of 10 million from ssj to majin, the power mulitplayer should be 2.1
as a majin he cant descend but if he kill'S somebody he is going back to sj.
when he descended there should be a cooldown time so they couldnt spam as a majin
after kill somebody 1 minute cooldown
after killing goku: 1:30

how about making majin stage as a normal stage like ssj??? instead of ssj3 which vegeta doesnt have.

then he becomes majin ssj2 vegeta.
