I've made 2 siggies this afternoon.
They r my first of (hopefully) many.

wot do you think about it

That's the prob, dont know how to put a background on it, where can I find some good background pics

well you make the backround, if you look around the tutorial thread in the artwork thread you can probably find some for bacrounds

deviant art has some good tutorials, that's where I get most of mine

I went to deviant, they didn't seem to have anything for Photoshop under tutorials. It was all just people showing works they created.

Try http://www.teamphotoshop.com for some basic backround tutorials that might get you started.

made a background but now i forgot how i did it

what should u do before u start with the gradient tool ?

change the color of that backround with ctrl+u and play around with it

i think everyone makes their backgrounds instead of getting pics to use as them. i suggest you do too instead of having a black background and a couple of pics pasted on ther. if you have 7.0 photoshop isuggest you make some stuff by using the filter liquify. its really worth it
