Lost and Confused

I just installed the bots from the main page, which work fine, I also had to get my console which works fine, but I'm stuck with this..

I don't know how to make it go away, it also blocks out the console when I bring it down. What do I need to do?

This is a bug with half life its self. So far everyone i know that has hl that happens when you try to make a server when you first start hl. Its not a big problem... it is just annoying.
