Looking for this Animation...

A looong time ago, I remember seeing something on TV, perhaps Comedy Central or MTV, and it was a colorless animation of an old, skinny man chained to a talking plow through emptiness, looking quite thirsty. He finally finds a glass of water on a pillar, but knocks the pillar over. Frustrated, he throws the talking plow over a ledge with him still chained.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? I've been trying to find out what this was.
