!! Linking to geocities !!

For all those that use geocities as picture/site host..

If you want to link to the pictures/files to geocities, you have to put "?" directly behind the URL (without the "") so your old URL: http://www.geocities.com/username/file.jpg should look like -> http://www.geocities.com/username/file.jpg? (these urls probably dont exist, this is just an example)

this will make sure you will never get the "page not found" or "page currently unavailable" error when you click the link in here. (no need to copy/paste neither)

if true then will it happen with your +"?" thingy?

well... that "?" thingy removes the direct linking bypass from geocities.. it makes the geocities host think that you clicked the link from the webpage, not from outside the geocities area

It's useful info, I think we should leave it stuck for a bit

And the same goes for Angel Fire, if a pic doesnt work copy the link and put a "?" at the end and it will magically work :).

You can also rename the file like:

blablabla.jpg --> blablabla.txt

It will work aswell :]
