Lan help!

Hi me and my bro have a lan card in both our pc's and want to play over lan now i have installed the cards right and all and when i go into worms and pick lan it doesnt show me on my bro's pc and it doesnt show him on mine. Is there a web site for help on this stuff or can some1 help me here. Thanx for any help.

lets see.. have you actually god LAN connection, LAN is a big ass wire connected to ya pc's, if not, ya screwed :|

did u instal a ipx protocol
and/or client microsoft network?

Install the IPX and NetBIOS protocals and manually set your IP adress

Make sure you have a hub or a router, you both need to plug a network cable from your computer to the hub/router in order to be connected to the L.A.N
