download that program and follow its instructions and when u host a DEDICATED SERVER it will take 15ms out of every frame which will reduce EVERYONE'S lag TREMENDOUSLY!
everyone who is a server hoster that hosts dedicated servers, this is a must have and can make everyones playing expierience much more fun!
