Lag problems?

So i'm fighting as always, meleeing away, then I meet up on this server, Sean, So I try to melee him, And he blocks, hits me away, This happens several times, But RIGHT after I leg go of right click I hit Block, Default Q, And my block never goes up the first time I hit it.


So, He blocks when I attack throws me alway instinly, I'm getting alittle upset now, because we both have exact same ping yet I can't seem to keep up with him, managing to kill him once or twice...

Could this have to do with my push latency? or my connection speed that I set?

No its just the game you cant kick and immediately block, what you have to do is if you hit him but you notice he blocks you have to teleport away right after you try to hit him and just keep doing this until he fails to block it or if he has his back turned at you
