but u can use adminmod and make the comand glow "color"
but befor u have to got a acses to use funmod
if u got it then u have to do this in the play
console: admin_fun 1
than u say: glow red (blue,brown,green...)

www.adminmod.org i think there u download adminmod and there a totrial u have to go under the oflder adminmod and then there stand instal_adminmod and thats the easiest way to install adminmod

yes is is a part of admin mod u have to got the acses for fun mod when u got it then u have do do this in play:
console: admin_fun 1
thats all then u can say: glow (color)
or if u r bored u made this in the console : admin_disco 1

so u have to look at the help there stand the acses u have to took the highest and then u have to wrote your name your reall name and when u got adminmod then u have to give the pass word in game:
(exsample me)consle: admin_password lol
Then there stand something like that:
acses for -=[fx2][tryforce]=- with (what ever) 1863 acses points. or what ever
