Itunes - Equalize all volume?

Alright I've been using my Ipod for a while with Itunes and I was wondering if there was a way to equalize the volume of all the songs in the library. Its annoying when I'm listening to a song, and then the next track is literally like 20 decibels louder, then the next lower volume than the first.

Anyone know any programs that can equalize song volume? Or any other things that I can do?

I know no programs that do it automatically, but you can install audacity, open each song, adjust volume and export to mp3 again.
Would be quite tedious, but you could also just do it to the ones with the highest/lowest volumes.
