is there a easy way to scale down polies with ms3d?

as the name says...
i wanted to use a jk2 model for a HL mod since a lot of jk2 models are wandring around..
but it always says at compiling too many vertexes..
is there a easy way to scale them down in milkshap??

well, you could try progressive mesh, but that almost always gives the model a fair share of holes,


a program like poly cruncher would work good, it protects the edges and such so there wont be any holes,

i think ya hafta pay for it though, after my trial ran out i stopped using it

well i just wanna use it for 3 or 4 models so i won´t use it so much...
do you have a link or do i have to google for it?
