If i was to make an educated guess, i would say no, because remember when pui pui said

they were on his planet, and he was champion or whatever. I think Babidi would prolly try

to take over frieza instead. Also only in one form did Frieza have that long head

thing and the spikes on the back. but i can understand where you are coming from.

what made you think he was of frieza's race?

He's an Icer/Changling... looked like fairly weak one as well. Mind, Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta were all super saiyan 2, he lasted a couple eps before being killed in less than 30 seconds.

I'm not so sure to be honest. Remember when they moved to his planet and he went on about how he could survive 10X Earths gravity?

Even in his weakest form Frieza could have easily handled 100X if not more; so to think that one of his kind would be making such a fuss while appearing to be in the 3rd form and only in 10X is slightly laughable. Not saying yes and not saying no.. just saying that Babidee could have done a lot better than what would have to be the worlds lamest Icer.

Um, he's obviously not an icer. He's just one of those random races that people fall under. You can't say Pikuhan was a namek just because he's green, either.

You just have to guess. Assumptions are the way of DBZ, there are so many holes, so much unexplained information.

From what I see, he *looks* like one. As for Alea's example, "Pikuhan" (Pikkon for the English folks) dosn't look much like a namek, not any namek I've ever seen. The face looks quite different (lips for example).

I correct my earlier comment, Pui Pui is not an Icer/Changling. Just looking at these pics you can tell the key differences. Color, being the biggest. Pui Pui seems more like an off-brand Icer/Changling. When Vegeta was fighting him, they were teleported to his home planet called "Zun."

While Frieza, Ice, King Cold, and Kooler were all born on the planet "Changling."
