I'm always there, always will be as long as I have access to IRC.
Pain make sure you do what I did with 1.2's release party: hype the flip out of the IRC channel. It usually brings in a huge influx of players into the IRC community, and out of them 10% usually stick around forever.
You should also make the upcoming trivia a live event on IRC, hype it some more on the homepage and get people there. Also, force other team members to idle there more; fans will come attempting to talk (bother) the developers

IRC disputes are seperate from forum disputes, however there is no harm in pimping the offcial channel or discussing suggestions to popularise it in a constructive manner.Pain said:Funny too because I thought talk of IRC wasn't allowed on the forums, and yet, here this thread is <_<;
