Yes it does, and that would probably be because Mr. Christopher Nolan is the director, making it possibly 200% better than the previous movies.

I really wish Christopher Nolan would make another movie of his own though, he's a great director in general, but he really shines when he makes his own movies: Memento, The Prestige, Inception.

Yeah, I skipped watching the trailer earlier because I realized something was off in the beginning. As Specht just confirmed my doubts, I'd rather go jump off a building than ruin the epicness that would ensue if I watched the movie without knowing anything.
