Help! i am trying to instal the beta 1.1 and when it says searching for compnents, it locks up. ANY HELP PLEEEAASEE!!!!

ok this is what you do. tis happened to me exctly os just do this. start up the installation, go make a sandwich or go do somethin for like 10-15 mminutes. then it will begin to install. trust me, this happened to me also and i was really pissed until i found you that it sarted to install.

the installer searches for a file called hl.exe or cstrike.exe on your HDD ... if your HDD is huge and fragmentated it could be that the installer searches a few mins
