Installing Error(Steam Pack)

I am having problems installing ESF Steampack when ever i open it to install it it says checking for previously installed files then it will stop responding can someone help me with this prblem?

this sometimes can take a while..
just let the installer run and be peccant

Alright next time itry iwill let it sit for a while but if it dont go for 10 mins its messed up
