1st off, i think the way the installation works for packs, is TERRIBLE. Someone needs to pack everything into one simple, easy, installation with options. >.>

I thought ESF was a little stable but that installation is pathetic for a game. I had to install the game, ecx rc2, then big pack.

Now my problem is that i'm trying to use models, transform and all that jazz.

I installed ESF Open Beta. > ECX RC2 > BigPack 8.4 and i still can't choose different models. The beginning screen changed that's all.

What am i doing wrong..?

ECX and Big Pack are Addons to they game. They have nothing to do with ESF itself.

You are gonna have to reinstall ECX and Big Pack.

Got the models working, but now i can't use the esf_powerlevel command.

Because ECX Deactivated normal AMXX. I forgot how to make it work with ECX.

You should be able to drop the plugin into the Folder that holds all of the ECX plugins and make it work. I believe that is how I did it for mine.

And i cannot transform pass SSJ1, and the plugin does not work. zZzzzZzzzZ

Sigma. Lets not forget that ex and big pack is not official. Its an add-on for esf

You're installing ECX and Big Pack.

Then i ask you this. Did Valve pack ESF into the Half Life installer. An addon is an addon. If you are to lazy to check WHERE you are installing stuff its not our fault. And its even less our problem when you are installing something that "WAS NOT MADE BY US" That right. We have nothing to do with ECX. What you are doing is like going to the Valve community forum asking how to install ESF for Half Life. But at the end of the day i forsee one thing. You installed ECX and big pack into the wrong place or you are joining an internet server.

If its in the wrong place: Sorry but there is no cure for being sloppy. Youll have to do it again and do it right.
If you are joining a server: Offcourse it doesnt work. You need to join an ECX server in order to be able to run ECX.

Now i may seem rude, but honestly. This question was asked a ****load of times and for someone who only knows how to whine and doesnt even bother to search for an answer himself this is as nice as i get.

I'll take that post like a champ, and try the steps once more. I actually do support for forums.graalonline.com so i know how annoying it can be, and i CANNOT believe i just acted like a typical player. Excuse myself, and i'll post my results after the next try.

Just remember to install ECX into the Half Life directory and the big pack into the ESF directory.

That should work properly. But only as long as you are not joining standard ESF 1.2.3 servers. Since AMXX only works server side.

Also edditing pluggins.ini can result in you actually dissabling ECX from the pluggin list.
