Installation Problem

hey hey guys

when i install my esf it says

1628: Failed too complete installation.


what does that mean?!?!?!?!?
i have played esf on this comp before but i try too istall it agian that happens , mines window xp professional

i unistalled HL because my cs stuffed up so i reinstall hl and stuff
