In Game Crash

Ever since the release of 1.1, all the bugs are gone except for one that won't go away

every time i play, whether i'm hosting a server or joining, after an undetermined amount of time, half-life will crash with the error message "Visual C++ Runtime Error"

i can't seem to figure out what the problem is. does anyone have any idea how to fix this? IM me at FoolishCommander or respond here if you can help

Did you delete v1.0b before you installed v1.1b?

yeah, i've done that. i've also completely uninstalled half-life, reinstalled it, re-patched it, and i've done the full install of beta 1.1

i don't seem to get the error as much anymore, but it's still around, and it's extremely frustrating
