i had the same problem when i started modeling. like mario said get some tutorials to help you, milkshape gives u wierd faces like that i think you need to right the black triangle and flip sides

ummmm dude, stop, stop right now, before it gets worse. the faces are all facing different directions, be sure that u go anticlockwise wen u create a poly, and it will face correctly in the view u added it. also, u have to move the vertexes in the side view too man, otherwise u are making a pancake krillin. Oh god, dont get me started on the holes

and i agree with him..dont do poly by poly until u got a good sense of 3d.. use pre made shapes and mess with them for a week or so.. or atleast until ur ready

Select Vertices and move them in your side view so that it won't be a straight line in that view. But fix the backfaces first(black crap), select the faces and go to Vertex ---> Reverse Poly Order
