And No permission, i say i just upload em to esf world and say it was made by Unknown, if they want credit they can just put it on the site? is that ok?

I think you need credits and permission BEFORE you upload them. If you need help with the credits, PM some people and ask if they remember who made what. I know a few of them, Nuttzy and Shijing should know a few.
