I found some attacks that might be cool...

[Dark_Assassin]

:idea: Well I found some attacks (some are long so you would probably make your own name for it). I thought these might be cool in the game-

Jinruizetsumetsukogeki- Used by Buu, the Jinruizetsumetsukogeki is an attack which fires multiple beams, each seeking it's own individual target, however, the attack takes a bit to charge up.

Ikoukan o Hatsusei- A defensive maneuver that opens a small portal in front of the user which can absorb small energy balls.
Who can perform it:Janenba

Ashi kara Kame Hame Ha "From the Feet Kame Hame Ha"-A technique used by Gokou during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai to propel himself at Piccolo. He needed his hands free, so he fired the blast from his feet.
Who can perform it:Son Gokou

Double Kikou Ha-A double blast of energy from both of the assailant's hands.
Who can perform it:Raditzu

Ki no Tsurugi "Sword of Ki"-An attack used by Vegitto to attack Super Buu. He literally forms a long sword composed of ki and then impales Buu
Who can perform it:Vegitto

Souki Dan "Spirit Bomb"-This is the REAL Spirit Bomb. The Souki Dan is Yamucha's signature technique in late Dragon Ball and throughout Dragon Ball Z. The Souki Dan is a basketball sized ball of energy which Yamucha can control the movement of with his fingertips.
Who can perform it:Yamucha

Hokaku Kon Dan "Imprisonment Ball"-Freeza's special attack where he captures his opponent in a ball of energy they can't break out of. As soon as the ball hits the ground, it explodes.
Who can perform it:Freeza

I got these from Sayain Blood. I read all 263 attacks to figure out which ones I liked I think I should take a break from reading and go play. lol. Hope someone thinks these are cool.

1. Already been suggested. Think about, how would that be a fair attack to add?
2. Janemba's not in the game.
3. Why does Goku need to fire a Kamehameha from his feet?
4. Raditz isn't in the game.
5. Vegito isn't in the game.
6. Yamcha's not in the game.
7. Might be cool, but I don't see it happening.

Characters that are not in the game: Yamcha, Raditz, Vegito, as Gotanks79 said.
Characters that will never be in the game: Janemba, movie char, therefore not in esf.
As for the feet kamehameha thing, it was in dragonball for a start and as Gotenks said, why would you want to do it anyway?
The only idea I like is the frieza one.

Goku could fire it from his feet to fly somwhere faster. The more that yoiu charged it up the faster you go. Also, Yamchas spirit ball was also used by Goku (once), so you could add it to him. You could tkae the secondary spirit ball (the smaller, less powerful one) and let the user move it.

and the spirit ball could explode after the third time it hits the target, or any object close to the scene, but yamucha isnt in

the frieza attack is good though
