I had to pay $50 for HL1 and I still think it was worth it, just for ESF and CS.
Really, I think HL1 is $9.95 through steam. If you really dont want to play ESF thats just too bad, you dont know what you are missing.

Yeah, Grim, but South-Africa is very crappy and everything is expensive! then internet costs like $40 a month, no ALOT more!!!!!
Anyways, just install like Grega said in the steam apps, it woorkde for me, and shouldn't you first update your half-life, that's what I did...... Oh I never realised what he said, he doesn't want to play anymore? I can't believe it, it's probably one of the best online games EVER MADE, even though it's the only online game I have played, lol!
