i cant install the ESF_B12_Full.exe

You download and run it...?

You won't want to use WON, so whatever version you have of Half-Life won't matter.
Steam automatically updates itself, so you'll always have the current version.

but i need to instal it in the steam folder or where ?
when the instalation is finish i cant fine how i can make it run...

Install it to Steam\steamapps\[email protected]\half-life.
Once it's installed it'll show up under Third Party Games in your list.

First of all make sure you have half life installed onto your computer.

Second. Install steam at www.steampowered.com

third install esf beta 1.2 (It will give you a choice either WON or STEAM. Choose steam.

Then your all set. Also make sure you have a steam account and make sure that you have run half life at leaste once.

oh. and also install 1.2.1 if you want.

No, no. Forget about Fire Dragon's post, all your need is your HALF LIFE CD KEY to install Steam. Grab it at www.steampowered.com. Then you have to create an account using your e-mail address. After you have done this, register Half Life by entering your CD Key by clicking on the 'Browse Games' section on the main menu of Steam.

After you entered the CD Key, you'll be able to download Half Life THROUGH Steam, WITHOUT using your original CD. Run it at least ONCE, THEN install ESF 1.2, and THEN install ESF 1.2.1. The installer will AUTOMATICALLY find your Steam folder and install the mod, if it doesn't, you don't have Steam (example of where it might be installed: C: \Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steamapps\[email protected]\Half-Life\).
When your all finished, your 'My Games' list will look like this:

Either he doesn't or he got it for ESF, which hey, my lil friend would to! If you got the premire pack, like yours truely, the key is on the back of the little CD case, it should have numbers and under it have the game name.
