Frankly, I'd like to see Gotenks. Though my only experience is from Hyper Dimension 
I know some of his attacks are goofy, and would be hard to do well (like the ghost attack) but I'd still like to see him in At the very least he's got that insane ungodly version of the Renzou energy dan.
