Its 282 x 500 , by the size you just given, its well in limits. Well just varly but still in the limits. Should just say the pixel limits should be with in 120000 pixels aka 400x 400 or 200 x 600. My point, they are all the same.

you have to copy it on your pc, reduce it by using a grafik-program, upload it to a host and then you can use it
