Set the "ascend" button in the controls/ keyboard menu under "Options".
When you have the correct PL for your chosen DBZ character, press the selected "accend" button, and you should transform into their first transformation stage.
Every character only has one tranformation stage after there original stage.
I.E Goku -----------------> SSJ Goku
(Original Stage)_______(Transformation stage)
